Shipping & returns
Final orders for 2016 must be received by Friday 16th December.
However, due to the courier/postal service we cannot guarantee delivery will be made in time for Christmas Day.
Our offices will close at 1.00pm on Thursday 22nd December and will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
Orders received over our closedown period will be dispatched from Tuesday 3rd January onwards.

Items purchased on this website can be delivered to addresses in the UK only.
Mii Cosmetics can be shipped internationally by emailing your order to email@example.com or calling +44 345 217 1360. International shipping costs will be calculated based on order weight and destination.
Gerrard International processes most orders received before 1pm the same working day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, subject to your payment being processed and stock availablity. Orders placed after 1pm, on Saturday or Sunday or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
While we will endeavour to have your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods.
All purchases are subject to bank or credit card authorization and approval prior to processing. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does meet these criteria.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once their status has changed to 'processing'. If you have made an error in your order, please call us as soon as possible after placing the order on +44 345 217 1360. If your order was placed outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm) you must call us at open of business the following day. Any changes made may incur a 10% handling fee.
We hope you enjoy your Gerrard International online purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with a GI product ordered online, please return it to GI within 30 days, unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with your original receipt in order for us to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.
Please send your package via an insured and prepaid method such as FEDEX to insure safe and prompt delivery when you are returning or exchanging a purchase. Please include your packing slip or invoice number and denote the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. GI is not responsible for returned articles lost in transit.
Please note that only items purchased on www.gerrardinternational.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store or other online retailer will not be accepted.
All refunds are credited to the original pay method.
When items are purchased as a set, Gerrard International is only able to accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 14 business days from the time the return is received.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling +44 345 217 1360. If possible, the carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged product will be replaced.
ORDER STATUS & QUESTIONS
To verify the shipping status of your order, please log in to the My Account area or contact us.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, which may include:
- Items are not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to the address which was provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Customer request for cancellation
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
